Shipping:
Shipping charges are determined by the total value of your order. Standard shipping charges apply to the continental United States. Your order will be shipped through UPS, FedEx, DHL or USPS at our discretion. A shipping chart is located below. (We reserve the right to update and/or change shipping charges at any time). Rush delivery is available at an additional charge. Please be aware that we cannot ship to a P.O. Box address. Hawaii & Alaska: Orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska have an additional $15.00 fee.
Canada: We can ship select products to Canada. For more information, please contact our customer service department with your postal code and the products that you are interested in purchasing. Unique Occasions is not responsible for any brokerage fees a third party carrier may charge for importing a Canada order. Unique Occasions is also not responsible for any import taxes or tariffs the Canadian government may charge. By purchasing from Unique Occasions you assume responsibility for any third party fees that may be charged.

At this time, we cannot ship orders outside of the United States and Canada
Unclaimed and Refused Shipments:
Unclaimed shipments that are returned to Unique Occasions will be assessed a 20% restocking fee, the cost of shipment will be forfeited, the customer will be contacted by email only and given the option of a refund minus the restocking fee or reshipping at cost of shipping plus the restocking fee. Unclaimed packages that are returned due to Unique Occasions error will be reshipped free of charge. Refused packages that are returned to Unique Occasions will be assessed a 50% restocking fee, shipping will be forfeited, and the item will be removed from the order. The customer will be contacted by email only.

Need your order sooner? For an additional $15.00, we can guarantee your order will be delivered within 3 business days once your order is ready to ship. This does not include order processing time. Please call us to see if we can get your order to you in time for your event.
Next Day Air:
Please contact our customer service for a shipping quote. Due to the complexity of certain products in our store, our turnaround time may not meet your needs, so it is important that you contact us before placing your order. We will provide you with a realistic expectation.
Sales Tax:
Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of New York(8 1/2%). This is due to the fact that our business is based in the state of New York. All other states are tax-exempt.
Cancellations, Changes or Modifications:
Please contact us right away if you need to make any changes or cancel your order. Once your order has reached our distribution center, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
Missing Items:
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your order is missing items please contact us immediately. Unique Occasions will be happy to supply any missing items if they are reported missing within 10 days of receipt. Please check your shipping confirmation email first. Some orders will ship in multiple shipments.
Non-resalable:
Items such as food products, apparel, and personalized items may not be returned or replaced unless defective or damaged during shipment. Disposable Cameras are not returnable. Return requests submitted after the event date will not be authorized since we cannot guarantee that the items are unused. Returned items post marked after the event date will not be accepted as returned.

Product Availability/Backorder?
If your order includes backordered products, your order will ship when the items become available. In the event that half or less of the items ordered are on backorder, we will ship the items that are currently in stock and the remaining items will ship separately.
Discontinued Products:
Although we make every effort to keep our catalog current, a product occasionally may be discontinued without prior notice. If an ordered item was discontinued, you will be contacted with the option to exchange the discontinued product for a similar product from our store or to receive a full refund.

Unique Occasions makes every effort to ensure our pricing is accurate. However, in the event that a product is incorrectly priced on our website, we reserve the right to cancel that order and notify customer of the correct pricing. They may then choose to place a new order at the correct price.
